Its successful strategy of maximizing Internet market share has them sharpening their claws for their foray into the mobile phone market. Google sees its future success in learning from their competitor Yahoo, who made the mistake of spending too much time basking in the glory of past achievements. The Open Handset Alliance and the Android cellphone platform will lead their entry into this market.
